I should have known there was something up from the beginning, when the owner would not be transparent with the estimate and did not want to provide itemized charges. The work completed was sloppy and he refused to make it good. Calls where not returned and stories made up regarding materials (rocks) that did not have the quality promised. Look else where and don't believe Mark Vaughn.
