And not to offend the new age-y people out there, but my husband doesn't want the "clang the metal bracelets together, wave the special wooden stick, chakra thing" going on, as he just will stop going again. He fixed my problem in 2 visits, explained what was wrong, what his approach would be and showed me some exercises and stretches to keep it from happening again. He was very knowledgeable. I absolutely recommend him.
