  I have an issue I need help with. I got a warning from the city that I need to remove a big tree in my yard bc they say its dead. I know for a fact it's not bc it was very leafy in summer and unless I'm wrong, dead trees don't grow leaves. I have 30 days to remove it or get a fine of $1,000. Does anyone know of any affordable tree removal in the area? I am not happy that they gave me this notice in the winter.. Right before the roads were closed. It limits the places I go. I called one place and got told they don't do tree removal in the winter. Please help me!
