  Anybody in the neighbourhood looking to rent out their place for 5 months starting April 1? See below: Our family of four (two parents and kids, aged 5 and 9) is seeking somewhere to live April 1 – August 31 while we renovate our home in downtown Toronto. Specifically, we are looking for a FURNISHED 2+ BR / 1.5+ BA rentals within a 20 minute walking radius to College and Bathurst. We need in home laundry and safe storage for our bicycles. Outdoor space would be a big plus as would proximity to bike lanes. We are looking to pay a maximum of $2,400 / month. We are getting desperate as our renovation start date nears, so please let us know if you know of anyone who may have a place. We would consider other options at this point too.
