  Dog needs Dental Work - recommendations?? My 30lb Corgi was having bad breath so I went to brush her teeth and discovered a cracked molar, split to the gum line. It's not infected or inflamed and the rest of her teeth look fine, but I need to get her in to a vet to get that tooth fixed or extracted. This crack has happened in the last 2-3 weeks since her most recent vet appointment. The vet clinic that I took her to in Woodinville won't do any other dental work without also cleaning and checking the teeth, and that alone is $400, and that's BEFORE X-rays and Extractions, which could easily run me another 3-400. Does anyone have any recommendations for a vet that could do dental work or at least work with me on the price a little more? I live in Bothell, though for a good price I'm happy to travel a bit.

  Good luck! My cattledog/lab mix broke his big molar in the same way...cracked horizontal along the gum line and had to have it removed. It cost us with cleaning) about $1,000 at [Eastside Veterinary Dentistry](http://www.eastsideveterinarydentistry.com/) (just a head's up so you know about this place and how expensive they are). I take my dog to Juanita Hills Animal Clinic for regular cleanings now...that runs about $300 without extractions.
