  Earlier this week I asked for suggestions for an Appliance Repair company that would treat senior citizens well and provide trusted service. We received "ASA Appliance" as a referral. The customers are in their 80's and not in great health. They also live on a fixed income. They contacted the owner of ASA Appliance who arranged a time to come over. When he arrived they asked for an estimate and he refused to provide one. He treated them sharply and very unprofessionally. He took the dishwasher out of the house and put it in the front lawn, while doing so broke their tile flooring, got in his car and told them he would be back. He then left, did not communicate with them, would not return their phone calls and never returned back to their home. The dishwasher was still on the front lawn this morning, after the sprinklers have been spraying it. Never allow ASA Appliance to service seniors that you have responsibility for. ASA Appliance has still never contacted them for explanation, nor attempted the repair, or has returned their calls. This may very well end up on Get Gephart! I am off to put a dishwasher in their garage and to find a good service company. Consumer beware when using ASA Appliance.
