  Try Greenville Avenue Chiropractic http://dallasback.com/ , ideally Dr Long, but don't if she's taken a sabbatical to raise her kids. I'm not sure about insurance, but I do know they do cold laser, AK for acupressure. For acupuncture alone, I can highly recommend www.acupuncturetx.com
