  Only a licensed tax professional (preparer) or a tax attorney or CPA can give you that kind of advice in Washington State without violating licensing law. I suggest contacting Dave Liatos. He has answered questions for me and for many of my clients. He will usually answer a few questions for free. Of course, he would like the free conversations to lead to having paid clients and referrals , but he knows that it is not always the case and he's fine with that. He's a nice guy.
