  Need recommendations for an oral surgeon or dentist that can pull a lower wisdom tooth without charging me an arm and a leg. ALSO needs to be someone very very gentle, due to the fact that I broke my jaw in 2012 at the joint where this tooth is, and I have a plate screwed to my jaw as well, so I'm very sensitive to pain in these areas.
