Good morning Gold Coasters! My partner and I have full time jobs and have a combined household income of about $130,000pa. We are currently paying $720 per week. We ideally would like to buy, but we keep get knocked back as we have a 7 children. Surely if we have consistently and diligently been paying over $540 pw on rent we can afford a mortgage!? Can anyone recommend a broker/ non traditiomal way of getting a mortgage based on our rental history?
