  So.... Basically in last four years after closely following this group and it’s all post, I sort of had a shrewd idea of what to eat when you visit Ahmedabad after 5 years. I have 21 days and almost 15-20 meals to eat (devour) to interesting dishes which I never had it before. No street food or food truck park - don’t want Delhi belly. WHAT WOULD BE YOUR TOP few place and its signature dish not to miss? My current TO DO list: 1. Hum pun paneer @ Birmies 2. Paneer Angara & daal bukhara (incl jamsher’s hospitality) @ sada pind 3. Panki chat and rs 200 vali dabeli @ swati 4. Any pizza (don’t know which would be the best) @ No Mad Baker (if possible - would not miss chance to meet the owner

  At mango, 70 degrees, 650 the global kitchen, brick kitchen. All have nice ambience and food. Ninis and stuffs have nice food but small outlets. Kailash parbat is also good. Deepraj de kulche nd jassi de parathe both good if you are looking for paratha type varieties in the menu. For rooftop family place i would suggest spice and herbs (airport gandhinagar highway) or@nine (fern).
