  The NY Bar association has free concoulttions every Monday evening with a real lawyer. The phone number is 212-626-7373. You need to call to make an appt. It is located at 42 West 44 th St. Also, in the book URBAN HOUND, there are lawyers that deal with animal stuff. But they most likely charge.
