  Call Tough Turtle Turf 858-530-BEST (2378). Free estimtes. Also let them know i referred you for the free estimate. Also look into the HERO program. If your approved through the HERO program you dont pay anything upfront and its added onto your house taxes. My turf is being started on this coming monday and i wont see an increase in my house taxes until end of 2017. Plus my monthly house note only going up $100 a month
