  Looking for Garage Foundation Contractor recommendations I am planning a 22'x22' garage and need to find a contractor to pour the footers and the slab. I have prelimary plans drawn up and I need to shop for quotes. I am the homeowner and plan to take out the permits (City of Richmond) and manage the job myself. Any recommendations would be welcomed.   Just texted a general contractor I know and he had this to say: >River City Concrete 804-749-3651 It may be tough getting them scheduled. I am having trouble because so many subs are committed to volume builders' schedules. RCC does a lot of work for big builders in west end. I generally allow $5/sq.ft. for slabs like garages.
