He’s very thorough, professional, friendly, very reasonable in prices, dependable, honest and will answer any questions you may have. He has gotten every stain out I have had in any carpets. If there may be a possibility that he may not be able to get one out he will tell you. Even though there was that possibility, he still got my stains out!!!!! All my carpets looks the best they have ever looked since brand new!! So happy and loving my carpets!
