***REHOMING EMERGENCY***
For the last 3 years we have assisted an elderly lady, now age 94, with her 3 outdoor yard kitties. A mom cat named Mariah and her two sons. This sweet family lives in the backyard and are fat and healthy, spayed/neutered and vaccinated. However they act feral with everyone but Ms. Grace. We were just contacted that Ms. Grace cannot continue to live alone and must soon move to an assisted living home. Since she cannot take her cats, we are frantically searching for somewhere to rehome this little family. They would need to be kept inside for many months until they form a bond with a new person. With time, love and patience they will come around as long as they are kept together. If you have a quiet room, garage or safe area that this little family could be rehomed to we are desperate for your help. Ms. Grace has only one relative that is not a cat person and will contact the city to trap and euthanize them if we cannot find a new home ASAP. Please open your heart and help us find a loving and experienced cat lover to take in Ms. Grace’s kitties. Time is running out. Mariah is a fat, beautiful tortishell and her sons are tabbies, one is orange and the other is grey and white. Many cats like these will come around when kept indoors and kept on a structured routine and placed with a quiet adult that can be patient and give lots of TLC, we know because we have so many cats like this! Please help us save Ms. Grace’s cats. She is counting on us. Please feel free to repost this or help network this due to the urgency.
