  To avoid hand surgery, i was sent to NovaCare in Centerville (Lyons Rd). Therapist was wonderful! Facility was smallish. i went on lunch hour, with limited crowds... 1553 LYONS ROAD DAYTON, OH 45458 (937) 438-0647
