  Does anyone get their lawns cut by a local Q-town business? I'm not going to mention the name of who we just hired. First they said they mowed the grass last week - and they didn't. So they came this morning in the rain - and it's all uneven and big clumps of grass anywhere. They said "they have to mow in the rain they are busy". They also don't pick up the grass - which I didn't know. So my question is - is that normal for a contractor? and can anyone recommend a local business. When I called to complain the owner said - well fire us then I wouldn't care if you fired us". Not good customer service. I won't say who it is- because it would not be fair to them. We are just used to doing it ourselves so I may have been overly critical.

  We had a lawn service that did that too. They would cut the grass when it didn't need to be cut. They were sloppy w trimming. $100 a pop. I switched. I switched to Chad Arnold 610-721-9289. He's neat as a pin. I couldn't be happier
