  John, your local Locksmith was called out at midnight to Gloucester for someone locked inside his house while his mother was locked outside. He got her in and while he was writing the invoice a thief stole his Sat Nav and tools from his van. On a call out like that, understandably I don't go back to sleep until he is home so neither of us slept for several hours from when he returned at 2am after speaking about his anger and his inability to work until the tools are replaced. Amazing though, the couple that he got in neither offered him a cup of tea nor left him a review on Facebook or his website. A little thought makes all the difference.
