This pup was LITERALLY JUST SENTENCED TO DEATH. Nueces Co AC is officially undergoing much needed repairs. This means NO HOLD TIME ON ANIMALS DUMPED THERE (OWNER SURRENDERED). They have no kennel space & CANNOT HOLD THEM. They normally try their very best to hold these dogs that owners just dump Like garbage at a kill shelter. But they CANNOT right now. So---ALL DOGS WILL DIE UPON ENTRY IF THEY ARE OWNER SURRENDERED. PERIOD. If anyone wants to save this cutie pie: CALL UP TILL 10 pm. Ask for kennel 2. (410) 608-2195

  FIRE VICTIMS & other small dogs need transport ASAP. Corpus Christi area to DFW area. Several were given up by owner when their house burned to ground. Rescue is also saving a few others. Potentially 8 small dogs---chihuahua sized. Can travel together in crates. Is anyone able to get the fire victims & a few others on death row from Corpus to DFW anytime this week?   CANNOT GO ON TRANSPORT! EMERGENCY FOSTER NEEDED! This awesome lab is stuck in limbo. Heartworm positive, requires treatment. Rescue pays for. He was supposed to leave on transport March 4, now must stay here in area to receive 28 days of doxycycline & two injections so can be cleared medically. This is NO BIG DEAL TO TREAT! What is a big deal is that he has no foster! MUST HAVE FOSTER now! We cannot send on transport & cannot keep him At the vet in boarding. He MUST HAVE FOSTER HOME, so we can do the HW treatment via the low cost clinic options. Please? Can anyone find him a spot temporarily? CALL: (410) 608-2195

  SOS THIS BABY WAS LITERALLY IN THE EU PEN . Over 20 dogs eu today !!! Trying to save 3 and can't do it without fosters till maybe dec 20 to first week of January . Rescue will tag but need confirmed foster . Vetting done . Foster to love them and keep them safe till transport . Melvin is a beautiful lab mix . He also has leg injury which he will need treated . Don't want to lose him because of injury . Always have faith that someone will help. No Foster and I will lose him. Prayers for someone to be that "someone"

  Melvin has serious rescue interest buy would need a foster & funds. Melvin has leg injury. Not sure to what extent or what would be involved in veterinary services. With that much unknown, rescue is hesitant to take unless they have committed foster & funding to cover vet costs. Call please if u can help. (410) 608-2195

  AGAIN, please folks...I know our focus is local, but am also hoping someone knows someone who knows someone in the Houston/Harris County/Washington County/Eagle lake/Austin ---or anywhere near any of those places that could step up to foster. There r two NICE dogs @ Eagle Lake pound. More than 1 rescue group in area can pull but they have no fosters. PLEASE if u know anyone in those geographic areas call me. Jackson & his buddy are running outta time fast. The rescues can pull/sponsor. We just need fosters in that area. Please share with everyone u know. Maybe someone will step up.
