  Try Johan at Progressive Pest Solutions out of Burien. He's done great work here at Harbor School and at my home. Unlike the big corporate guys, Johan is thoughtful about how he treats and what he uses. Typically he can start with lower toxicity and increase to the nasty stuff only if necessary (never has been necessary here, thankfully). (206) 444-6250
