  Midwest Family Wellness has an office in Wentzville and Cottleville. You can call and get 2 free visits with the doctors to see how you feel about the office and also a 30 minute massage. Just tell them Kimberly told you to call. Cottleville is 636.922.0777 and Wentzville is 636.327.8488 It's up to you if you would like to continue coming in after the first 2 visits. Those wouldn't be sent to insurance or anything.
