  Locally? I'd say KC Smokehouse Pub at 85 th and Wornall has the best wings, though they aren't really Hot Wings. They are seasoned and partially smoked then grilled. For Hot Wings, the Peanut off 8 th & Broadway, not so local to Waldo but still locally owned. Grinders in the Crossroads is good too. I like a dry rub wing. So I'd lean towards the Smokehouse Pub here in Waldo.
