  I'd say look at Craigslist-sometimes you'll find something for rent out here. I am a Realtor with Keller Williams, and I just recently sent an email out to my entire office (200 agents) asking if anyone knew of any rentals-I haven't heard a word. :( If your husband needs to work on his credit score and intends on purchasing in the future, I would give Tammy Hemmie at Veterans United Mortgage a call-they have a company named Lighthouse that they deal with for credit repair, which is free to their customers. If you're interested, her number is 253-312-0302. She's awesome, I've worked with her several times in the past. VU does all loans, not just VA.
