  Need an inspection on a small car that is 13 years old . It passed the inspection last year but I canceled my policy for the winter months as I only drive the car in the summer for when I am doing photography and they want an inspection again since I am starting up a new policy again . If you know of anyone who does inspections let me know . Preferably a ' ma and pa style ' mechanic or a mechanic that has been laid off . Must be licensed .
