  Having my roof redone and the roofer advised that the chimney used for venting the furnace and hot water tank is shot. Three questions: 1) recommendations for someone to repair/replace chimney 2) recommendations for someone to re-vent out the side of the house (currently don't have high or mid efficiency furnace)- probably 15 year old forced air. 3) recommendations for someone to replace with high efficiency furnace A/C and vent out side. Ugh! When it rains it pours. Thanks

  On the recommendation of this group, I just used Jason the Mason (not, sadly, the Richard Scarry children's book character). He was awesome -- on time, exactly as quoted, super tidy, etc! Bonus: when my small child locked my keys in my RUNNING CAR he took 40 minutes of his time and unlocked my car like a boss. He is a local hero. 416-580-4126.
