It's been giving an issue on and off for a few weeks but we usually do the rinse and spin and it does the trick. I think our luck has run out though and there is now a small puddle of water in the drum and it won't spin. I've watched a few you tube videos but neither my husband and I feel we are handy enough to diagnose the problem.
