The Fitness Connection Bootcamp is a group training service based out of Maple Ridge. We open April. 5th (when the start starts to shine more often :) We offer our new bootcampers One Week Free of classes and a Free Nutritional Consultation. Dave at fit connect boot camp is a personal trainer. He's doing a bootcamp at Hammond Park Tues, Thurs and Saturdays and the first two months are free for the first 10 participants.
