  Ashley N. wrote: I am currently beyond words for this "Repair guy" that doesnt fix things when he is paid to. Marcelo, came to fix my mothers washer last week, in which NO diagnoistic was done and charged her $300 to replace a part in which was NOT broken. The same issues persisted and when he was called by my mother and sister he claimed it must just be the computer and would get her a new one. After he has been to her home 3x in 1 week with several occasions he, on his own called saying he was coming, then NO response. not to mention on those trips to the home he was always in a hurry to leave to go to another customer, which i dont understand when he was already paid by her, why he wouldnt complete the job he was on? I decided to call him myself. He was unprofessional and kept telling me he was coming and claiming he fixed her washer, when it was not! All I have to say is PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, SAVE YOUR SELF THE MONEY AND STRESS! I'm just beyond angry that he took advantage of my mother, when from the begining she told him she was not going to pay that much ,and would just replace it. He convinced her that it was that one part in which was not. She is now out $300 and still doesnt have a working washer. HE DOES NOT KEEP HIS WORD ON COMING WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL, NOT TO MENTION HE DOES NOT COMPLETE HIS WORK WITHOUT RUSHING OUT THE DOOR!.
