Merivale Cakes and Sugar Craft have been decorating Wedding cakes and Specialty Cakes for almost 40 years and have one of the most successful Wedding cake decorating and training business in Highfields, Queensland, Australia. Merivale Cakes and Sugar Craft also offer expertise knowledge, innovative techniques with a hands-on approach to training. At Merivale, we provide students with ongoing advice and access to tools by encouraging them to call in to the studio to discuss or complete their own work, offering continuous support and advice.

We enjoy working with clients to create designs which incorporates their personal ideas and designs. We have a large portfolio of Wedding cakes and Specialty Cakes for all occasions on our website, in our photo and book libraries and on display in the cake studio. Appointments are necessary but all consultations are complimentary and include design examples and sketches, storage and transport or delivery advice. Merivale were the 2012 state winner in the ABIA awards and we have been in the top 5 in the state since 2007; at the national level we have been in the top 3 in Australia in the ABIA awards since 2009.
