  Anyone know who can repair fence panels that have come down? We need some advice as next door has a Rottweiler that stands up and pushes on them and breaks them which has not helped and with the wind they now come down. We are wondering if 3 or 4 foot panels or some kind of wire mesh type fence may be the answer to try and stop him putting his weight on the panels?
