  Parks H. wrote: Recently, my wife paid George Jones Appliance Repair over $250 for parts that George recommended, along with the installation labor cost to "repair" our washer---to no avail whatsoever! Not only does our machine still not work, but now George won't even return my phone calls/voice mails! Their service stinks, and not only will I never use them again, but I will recommend that people stay away from them if at all possible. We are out the money we paid for parts/repair---and George won't call me back; this is pitiful, and totally unprofessional. I am giving them a "1 star rating" only because you can't give them a "ZERO"!!! Sonny Hand Griffin, GA.
