  Gulfwind AC replaced my unit a couple years ago. Very nice and responsive. His name is Bill (813) 926-5721. He went above and beyond just replacing. He actually moves my outside unit to another location for a tiny bit more money. I live in south Seminole Heights, but he does South Tampa too. Good luck.
