I'm a mom of 3 and wifey to Mr Collins. I started a night class in sugar craft 2 years ago and realised how much i loved making cakes. I went on to do a second course and then carried on learning from books and online. I've been making cakes for friends and family ever since and thought maybe it is time to branch out a little bit further.....
