  Angie M. wrote: July 15, 2016. Very disappointed. Work started in March and is not complete. This was a large job. We had two concrete pads poured. Look good, but are not level. We had 2K sq. ft. of sod laid. Several dead areas. We had 4 blue spruce, 4 cottonwoods, 3 maples, and 3 aspens planted. They were not planted to nursery recommendation and most are now leaning. We had to fill the tree holes with soil because they did not fill and compact the entire hole. Decorative rock was laid. So much dirt placed with rock over weed mat, the weeds are coming up on top of the mat and in between where mat didn't cover. Gravel driveway is so thick and not compacted that its hard to get out of the driveway. We requested a trex deck. They had to rip out the first deck because horrible workmanship. The second deck is weak and out of square. The planks are starting to rise. We had meetings with Daniel and Alex, but all problems have not been resolved. Last communication was May 11th when Alex texted and our new sod would be laid on Monday. Today is June 8th with no further contact. There has been two brakes in the sprinkling system that they fixed. Placement of the heads do not cover entire area so we have several burned areas. They have not supplied us with drawing of sprinkler system so that we know how the lines were laid. We have not received any warranty information. We do not want this company back on our property. I am contacting "Get Gephardt" to hopefully prevent this from happening to someone else. They are very disorganized, have inexperienced workers. They talk a good talk, but can't walk the walk!!! PLEASE CONSIDER ANOTHER LANDSCAPER. They stated that they are not a fly by night operation. So where are they?
