  Any reccomendations for a reliable reasonably priced plumber cum decorator...i hav a leak coming from behind toilet...from pipe above the waste pipe....think its the flush pipe... trouble it is a space saving small cistern which is boxed in behind tiled wall...shelf lifts off to access cistern but unable to get down to leak......any ideas please
