  Does anyone know a good arborist that can diagnosis tree sicknesses and prune trees correctly? I should not be turned loose with my loppers, my trees would end up looking like hipsters.

  We have had two different companies come out for one of our trees that needed a major haircut! The first one was Atlas Tree (801-484-8733). The arborist came out and seemed very knowledgeable when I asked questions about all our trees. My frustration was- what the arborist said needed to be done was not sent over to the tree trimmer guys. The next time we used Discount Tree and Landscape Co and I was happy with them but only used them for the major trimming no diagnosing. Gregg was the owner and I believe he was an arborist (801-280-3611) but would need to verify. Hope this helps!!!
