Linda J. replied:No. You can make your own appoitment. I see Dr. Robert Bermel and Dr . Francois Bethouix for my spasms. The main number Is 1 800 223 2273 and ask to be connected to the Mellen Center app. desk. You would just need to bring your medical records and what testing you had done. There are several hotels by the clinic and on the hospital campus. People come from all around the world here. I see my drs at least. 90 minutes each!!! I hope this helps.
