  Mayfield M. wrote: I was given a quote of $250-350 by phone for a chimney liner and after the service was charged $755. NO explanation that something was more difficult just a comment that the dispatcher shouldnt be giving out quotes. This job was quoted at $350-400 by my own HVAC guy but I went with Top Notch because recommended by the inspector at the building dept of Calumet City.
