Archway also has developed a large contractor base for its new construction department, installing ductwork and heating/cooling equipment in more than 1,500 homes during the past 10 years.
There is a full-time office staff consisting of Bob and Margaret's children. Mike entered the business in 1978 as an apprentice, then worked his way up to a Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker. When Bob retired in 2000, Mike took over as the operations manager.
Julie joined the company in 1986 and took over the management of the bookkeeping when Margaret retired in 1989. Jean, who manages the service department, joined the company in 1995, and Jackie joined in 2007 as the receptionist, guaranteeing a vested interest in customer satisfaction.
