  Bit off topic, but towing related and I know there are some experienced tow people in here. My office building has an abandoned vehicle in the lot, which is private property. The vehicle has been in the lot for 3+ weeks and has has notices posted on it regularly. What I'm looking for is whether or not anyone will tow this thing out of here without the building owner being billed? Can someone tow it away with the understanding that the vehicle owner will pay an impound fee to recoup any costs involved?
