I was wondering if anyone knows of a vegan veterinarian in Toronto. I don't respect my vet any more after I had a discussion with her about veganism. She clearly doesn't love ALL animals equally. She tried telling me that meat processing plants are making a clean room to kill a whole bunch of animals at one time then cleaning it to get rid of the scent of blood so that the doomed animals won't have terror and fear before the get slaughtered

Dr. Cormier, the head vet at https://www.facebook.com/249555695070542 Secord Animal Hospital, is a vegan (for ethical/AR reasons). They have cared for my cats for over a decade and I trust them implicitly. They are a teaching hospital too so very well equipped. When my one cat came down with a very awful mystery illness, they called the whole staff in to brainstorm and even sent his test results and photos to vets in other continents to try to help my cat. When he passed away anyway, multiple members of the staff called me at home to express their condolences and were crying with me.
