  Do you speak Russian? Or have someone who can call for you? I would suggest calling the Vet Center at Tsvetnoi Bulvar (http://www.vetcentr.ru/) - they're one of the oldest vet clinics in Moscow - I'm sure they can advise you (I've taken my cat there and they're really nice) - I'm sure they know what documents you need for traveling with pets.
