  Man, summer is upon us and everything has crashed at once. Does anybody know a 1) good HVAC person 2) know how to reset an electric water heater? We had a power outage and ever since the ac unit is on some weird timer setting that I can't make go away. Same with the hot water heater. I don't own a tool belt, but have money...and lemonade. If you, or anyone you know has expertise in any of these things, please message me back:) hot temps and cold showers are getting old lol. Before I hire 2 strangers that suggest I replace both !

  Anyone have a good referral/recommendation for heating unit repair? Unfortunately, we haven't been kept up with our annual maintenance contract in a few yrs., and it looks to have conked out on us sometime earlier today.. We have an Anderson brand unit - are we locked into having to use Anderson, or can we have any service tech company look at it? Thanks for any feedback!
