  Hi Ann, my rate is $35 per hour and I only charge for the hours we are there cleaning. I am insured guarantee my work and accredited by all the Estate Agencies in our area. If you are interested give me a call on 0406 274 328 in the morning or send me a message on Facebook. I could also give you an idea of how long the clean will take and how much it will cost. Most of my cleans are between 12 and 15 hours for houses.
