  Catharine P. wrote: This company installed a new boiler and came back after a week to fit a part they had forgotten. Over the next six months we repeatedly asked for help to diagnose and correct a major malfunction. The company did not visit but told us many times that we should have all of pipework in the house replaced (it was working perfectly) and learn how to use the controls properly (we had). They eventually asked us not to contact them again. Finally another technician diagnosed that our problem was caused by Top Plumb joining the pipes to the boiler in the wrong order and he fixed it. Whilst anyone can make a mistake, we found this company's approach to customer service unacceptable and cannot recommend them.
