  I am a skilled migrant worker in Amsterdam, I filed my tax return online and later the Tax office sent me form M to fill it in cuz I filled in the wrong form, however it is in Dutch and my Dutch is still basic! Anyone with similar status to mine has idea if we need to fill it in or not, are we obliged to? and if you know any accountant or company can help in fill it in with a reasonable price? thank you

  Been very satisfied with https://www.blueumbrella.nl/. A bit pricey, but got back more than I paid. It's do-it-yourself English questionnaire, but you can always call with questions and they are very fast. M form is for when you have not been in the Netherlands for the entire fiscal year. It is not required, unless you get a letter from the tax authorities, but is always good to do it, as with M you end up getting money back.
