  Mark B. wrote: So I requested a quote for a garden office to be built by James Fennell Micro Lodges. I sent them a CAD drawing of what I required (this was a turnkey build, minus electrics). They demanded 50% of the build costs upfront. I paid that, they turned up late, didn't complete it. Left the wooden structure (untreated), out in the winter elements and then failed to return to complete the job because I wouldn't pay?! They then took ME to court, they didn't show up when I started to produce photo and video evidence and a long story short is that I then won, along with damages and fees etc. They now owe me ££££'s and refuse to pay! I've now had to resolve to get a couple of third parties involved to recover this debt.
