  About a month ago, I asked group members for recommendations for tree trimming. We called Keep It Pristine, Kip Gibbens came out the same day I called, gave us an estimate and 2 of his workers completed the job the very next week. I gave both guys a nice tip for their work. Upon the workers leaving I discovered 2 tears in our pool screen, so I called Kip. He said "no problem I will have my screen guy take care of it." One month later, and many phone calls later, Kip finally came and said he will have one spot repaired (by his brother's friend who used to do screenings, but now does landscaping), but he feels the other larger tear (also in the area where our trees were trimmed) was not caused by his workers. He didn't know the name of "his screen guy", one when he could have it repaired, so I have decided to use a reputable screen company to make both repairs, because I am very disappointed in how he handled such a small complaint. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND his company, KEEP IT PRISTINE, because he avoided my calls for a month, then and did not take responsibility of damages that his workers clearly caused. If anyone is looking for tree trimming/landscaping, I hope you take my honest review into account.
