Weeding, trimming clean up, mulching etc. 2) Spring and fall cleanups. Please be aware I live next to a wooded area so I get a lot of leaves that need to be brought to the front of the house not blown or dumped in the woods behind me. 3) I would like an owner that shows up to inspect the work of his team. 4) we do tend to have areas of the property that get extremely wet during rainy times and would need to be hand mowed and not a riding mower during these periods. 5) maintenance of bushes and trees and would love to hear ideas for improvements 6) would be great if you had pictures or a website I can view your work or references.
